Boot Making

Originally from the outskirts of Houston, she has traveled the globe to learn the craft from boot and shoe makers in Chicago, New York, Eastbourne (UK), Texas, and Colorado, giving her a well rounded skill set and years of experience creating custom pieces for herself, friends, family, and customers from around the country. 

All of Holly Henry’s handmade boots begin with a custom last (the mold) that is built to the measurements of each foot. Once the personalized last is built, it can be used again and again in the future to ensure the fit is perfect each time. Each boot is thoughtfully designed by Holly & the customer to reflect their unique style and personality.  All parts of the boot building process are done by Holly; on average 60+ hours of skilled labor go into crafting a pair. Each pair is constructed using the finest quality domestic & exotic leathers, sustainably sourced and cut by hand. The welted construction allows the boots to be repaired and resoled for decades to come. Additionally, heirloom boots can be resized and resoled to fit a new wearer.
