This is a studio sample of the J Mueser for OST blazer, which is cut longer than most women’s jackets and a hair oversized while still being flattering to your figure. Better than your boyfriend’s blazer and akin to the fit of a traditional English tailored jacket. The blazer features a patch chest pocket and hip pockets, calfskin suede elbow patches, and matte natural horn buttons. The blazer is made with no canvas or padding for casual ease. From its second-story perch in the West Village, Jake Mueser's atelier overlooks Christopher Street like a jewel box. During her most recent visit, OST founder Melissa Martin arrived in the early evening and was immediately struck by the feeling of entering a friend's chic living room. The space was adorned with spiral stairs, Turkish rugs, a bar cart stocked with Negroni ingredients, walls lined with prints, sketches, clothing patterns, and textiles. While one client lounged on the leather sofa, sipping a drink and reading a magazine, Jake took the measurements of another.
